What Nordic handles

Profile preparation and management with your permission, client enquiries, quotes, booking coordination and optional extras such as waitstaff, a kitchen assistant, transport and wine pairings.

What you handle

Propose two to five menus in English, with ingredient costs and realistic preparation and service times. You source ingredients, organise preparation, bring agreed equipment and deliver the cooking, agreed service and kitchen clean-down.

A clear agreement for each job

We agree the management fee, platform charges where relevant, expenses and your remuneration before you accept an assignment. More support can carry a higher fee, agreed in advance. Nordic invoices direct-booking clients and pays you; external platform payment rules may differ.

Private onboarding by invitation

Send a short introduction below. After a conversation, we send the proposed collaboration terms and a request for your profile material. Detailed onboarding is by individual private invitation, not public registration. We ask for an English CV, a short bio, a portrait, 12-15 food photographs and menu proposals. Public content and platform access require separate approval.

Non-exclusive. Keep your own clients and independent profiles. There is no guarantee of bookings or income, and you may decline an unconfirmed assignment. Business registration and the actual working arrangement are checked before work; a CVR alone does not determine freelance status.

Kitchen access, ingredient-bank supplies or additional preparation support would be optional, separately quoted services if available. They are not included or currently promised.
